Our current featured Miva Merchant store is Toys and Models, located in New Jersey. Toys & Models is not your standard ecommerce site, as they only sell wholesale to stores and distributors. They produce the highest quality aviation models that will exceed the customer’s expectations and remain affordable to the consumer. Toys & Models is focused to service and supply the aerospace industry, dealer store fronts, E-Commerce and mass merchants both domestically and internationally.

The shopping cart software of choice was naturally Miva Merchant with it’s completely customizable front end design features and store morph technology and literally unlimited customization options in regards to functionality.

Toys & Models needed to have an online catalog for site visitors, so they could view their product line, find a model in their price range  they were interested in and then find a local dealer. They also needed their vendors to be able to log in and place purchase orders, track inventory, integrate UPS World Ship right from within the admin and much more. Vendors need to be pre-approved before they are allowed to log in and place wholesale orders. Once you log in as a dealer, you will see your particular wholesale pricing, dependent on your sales volume.

Toys & Models has currently over 1600 custom models featured on their site and they are in the process of adding a lot more. If you can’t find a model on their site, they will make it to your specifications – what a unique and great service!
