David from Wealth Engineering approached us to redesign his site as well as add functionality to it. One of his main objectives, besides a face-lift was to create this new site in a manner that allowed him to add/edit the content by himself. We considered Adobe’s Contribute; however, we selected WordPress to accommodate his complete wish list, which would offer future flexibility as well.
Here is a list of most of the plug-ins we used:
- Go
ogle XML Sitemaps
- All in One SEO Pack
- Dynamic Headers
- Google Analytics for WordPress
- WordPress Database Backup
- Flutter
- ShareThis
- WP-SpamFree
Based on the input the client provided us, we came up with the following concept and created a WP Theme for them.
“I have had the same template website for approximately six years and it has served me well, but it was greatly in need of a face-lift. I recognized that in today’s web marketing environment and use of social media, my old website was looking like a dinosaur and clearly the product of a past era. I wanted a new custom look that was attractive and conveyed a professional image. I am very pleased to have hired Glendale Designs to bring my website www.wealth-engineering.com up to modern standards.
I knew after seeing the portfolio of their work, James and Sabine Sharp had the expertise and level of quality workmanship I was looking for. My website is now complete and I am very excited about the finished product. James and Sabine were very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. I am not the most technically savvy person in the world, but they were able to understand my vision and create exactly what I wanted. They also provided ideas and suggestions to help me through the process. I was under a tight deadline and James made sure I stayed on track toward completion. I would highly recommend James and Sabine Sharp at Glendale Designs whether you are looking for a fresh update to your website or a brand new site from the bottom up.”
