We have had some customer frustrated with Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager and not locating their contacts/business contacts.
This can be a fast fix where you can direct which database for Outlook to look in first.
To start with open your Microsoft Office 2007 – Outlook. Locate ‘Tools’ on the menu, select ‘Address Book’:
Within the ‘Address Book’ go to ‘Tools’, then ‘Options’:
Change “Show this address list first:” to business contacts

Then when sending mail, check names using these address lists in the following order – move business contacts up one and press apply.
Pretty simple, this will change the default look-up within your Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager.
